Shipping - Collection

Two delivery options are available:

• Collection from the boatyard
• Shipping by carrier


By default, the website selects shipping by carrier, but the USER can change this option in the bottom right corner of the shopping cart summary page.


Collection from the boat

Collection of products from the boat workshop is free. Please send an email at least two days in advance (bonjour@vieilleabeille.com) to confirm the boat's location and arrange a collection date and time.

Shipping by Carrier


The package is entrusted to the carrier chosen by the USER when placing their order. A package tracking system is generally available to the USER, and the carrier is usually La Poste Colissimo.

Upon delivery of the order, the USER is required to verify the conformity of the products received in accordance with their order at the time of delivery. Any anomaly concerning the delivery, such as:

• damaged package,

• incorrect or missing product,

• damaged product,

• product not conforming to the order,

… must be reported within the legal time frame following receipt of the order.

For any product return due to non-conformity, the USER must follow the procedure described in the corresponding section (“Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Exchanges”). Products must be returned either in their original packaging or in packaging that protects the product from any damage, with their label and any accessories allowing for their resale.
After the legal withdrawal period, the sale is considered final.

Customs Clearance Fees (Outside the EU)

By definition, orders shipped within France are not subject to customs fees.

Orders shipped within the EU are also not subject to customs fees. The intra-community VAT system applies.

For all other countries, customs fees may apply, depending on local legislation and agreements with France and the European Union. These laws and agreements may change without notice, and the website cannot provide them at all times. Customs fees are calculated and applied upon arrival in the relevant territory.

For these non-EU countries, the carrier is responsible for applying the applicable customs clearance regulations. In practical terms, this means that the USER may be contacted by the carrier to pay the customs clearance fee before the package is delivered.

If these fees are not paid within a certain timeframe, the goods will be seized by customs. The WEBSITE cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to customs delays. Similarly, in this specific case, no order cancellation or refund request will be granted.
